Hiring Process
In order to be considered for a position with West Suburban Bank we ask that all candidates complete our online application. Candidates may access the application under the Career Opportunities section on our website. Candidates may apply directly to the position (s) they are interested in or complete a general inquiry. We consider candidates based on their previous experience and skill set. Due to the volume of applications we receive, not every candidate will be granted an interview. The typical response time after you’ve submitted your application is 5-7 business days. If after consideration we have not determined a match in employment your application will remain on file with us for 6 months. If during that timeframe you have not heard back from us you may choose to re-apply.

If you are selected to move forward in the hiring process you may or may not be contacted for a phone interview and subsequent personal interview (s). After the interview a decision will be made whether or not to advance to the final step in the hiring process. The final step is to conduct a background screen and an offer of employment may be extended at that time. You will be notified of the outcome either way.
