Recently retired and greatly missed, Call Center Representative Rita Thomas was recognized for not one, but two WSB Core Values! Rita demonstrated Integrity by being trustworthy, reliable, and respectful to everyone she encountered. Exactly what you want in a banker! She did not fall short when it came to our Teamwork Core Value by always offering her assistance no matter the circumstances.

Devyn takes extra steps to follow up with his customers to take the stress out of the loan process. Here at WSB, we believe that going the extra mile for our customers is what sets us apart.
Outstanding service is not just reserved for our customers! Desktop Support Technician Nicole Boyd is relied upon daily to resolve technical questions for end-users through the bank. She quickly resolved problems, but also takes it a step further and educated her users so they can avoid interruptions in the future. Knowledge is power!
