What are the requirements for photos that I upload to use as MyCard photo?

How will I know if my photo card image is approved or denied?

If your image is denied, we will contact you by phone and ask you to choose another image for your new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card.  Otherwise, you can expect to receive your new West Suburban Bank debit card within 2-3 weeks.

I have multiple cards with West Suburban Bank; can I order a photo card for each card?

Yes, however only one card can be ordered per customer per day. 

When will I receive my new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card?

Your new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card will be mailed to you and will arrive within 2-3 weeks.  You may continue to use your current card until your new West Suburban Bank photo card arrives.

If I am replacing my existing debit card with a new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card, what should I do with my old debit card?

Once you receive your new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card, please destroy your old card to ensure that you don’t accidentally try to use it again. Your old West Suburban Bank debit card will not function once your new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card has been activated.

Will I need to get a new PIN (Personal Identification Number) if I am replacing an existing West Suburban Bank debit card with a new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card?

Yes, you will need to choose a new PIN when you call to activate your new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card.  Your new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card will contain a new card number and new expiration date.  You will have the opportunity to choose a PIN during activation.

Do I need to change my card numbers on any pre-existing automatic payments I have established with my existing West Suburban Bank debit card?

Yes, please contact the vendors associated with your pre-existing automatic payments to update your account number and expiration date after you receive your new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card.

My spouse and I both have debit cards on our joint account. Can we each have different images? Can we both have the same image?

You can both have the same image or you may each have different images. Each card order is separate; each owner must upload their own photo as it will be associated with the card number. Whether you choose the same image for two separate cards or two different images for two separate cards, you will be billed $7.50 for each MyCard photo debit card ordered.

Can I change my West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card image?

Yes, you may change the image as often as you’d like.  A $7.50 fee will be charged to your account for each new West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card design you order.  Simply use the provided link to create and submit a new card design, and then follow the instructions presented to you after you choose your design.

What will happen when my West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card expires and is reissued?

Your reissued card will be a standard (non-photo) debit card.  You may choose to upload a new picture at that time and we will order another photo debit card.  Please remember your card number will change with this new MyCard photo debit card order.  Your account will be billed $7.50 for each MyCard ordered. 

What if my West Suburban Bank MyCard photo debit card is lost or stolen?

Please contact West Suburban Bank immediately at 630-652-2000 and speak to a Customer Service representative for assistance.
